How to Update RC Controller

I am using an RC controller (with screen) with my Mini 3 Pro. I understand there is a new update to the Fly app, (1.13.4) with features I would like to have. However I have not had a notification of update to my current version 1.13.1. When I go to Profile, Settings, About, Check for updates, it says "DJI Fly is up to date". This is with the controller on WIFI at home and with cable to my PC. Also no success with DJI Assistant 2.

I must be overlooking something.

That's the current version for the DJI RC as shown in the release notes. You'll have to wait for DJI to release a new update for the DJI RC.
