After you read the Manual, read it again, you will be surprised what you missed the first time and you will be better prepared for that first "scary moment…"

Mavic Air 2, at end of hyperlapse does the drone returns automatically?

This is a good question. I have not tried this feature, and my Mavic 3 Classic documentation does not specifically state the drone's actions after shooting sequences. If you're using one of the preset patterns like "Circle" or "Course Lock," I suspect the drone returns to its starting position after completing the sequence. FYI: Mastershots is also an automated sequence feature. The drone does return to its starting position at the end of a Mastershot sequence.
