I can’t seem to get my panorama shots to save???

I’ve tried several times and I can’t figure out what my problem is. When I try to take a panorama shot with my mavic pro or my mavic air it does not save my shot. It’s only panorama shots I’m having trouble with. I thought it may be that I didn’t have enough room on my SD card but I cleared it off and tried again. Does anyone have ideas on what I’m doing wrong?

Do you see a PANORAMA folder on your SD card? If so, look into those to see if the individual pictures are there. If you have the pictures, you can stitch them on your computer using pano software. If you want to, you can also stitch them in the DJI app.

May I know the exact model of your phone? Have you tried to check through File Manager if panorama shots are all saved in the internal storage?

I have only tried the Pano once but the same thing. It did all the shots and they are in the folder. I did find the completed pano on the SD card but it will not show in the app and no pics have the little globe like icon on them.
