Everytime I press the play button on the lower right to go to my picture library, all I get is a black screen and a spinning thing and my photos and library never loads. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I reset the app that didn't work. Thanks!

Can you see them using another app? If so then there is probably another bug in DJI's software. If not, perhaps Go 4 is not set up to cache to your device.
