The reel pictured has 178 meters of tether. It’s possible to got to 450 meters.

Battery run time is about 6 1/2 hours. Depending on currents and if you’re running any peripherals like sonar, grabber, lights etc.

Underwater inspections, search and recovery. Anything where you can imagine it would be useful to have eyes in the water and other types of sensors.
