I ask for help, since I am new to drone flight, I have a mavic 2 pro, they could help me if I have to have a license and permission to fly my drone in the state of Florida, in West Palm Beach, Delray Beach. Wellington

Additional since I have safe to the drone to fly.

and where I get a drone pad landing in Delray Beach

I'm assuming you're flying for fun and not for commercial.
You do need to register with FAA $5 and place your FAA # somewhere on your AC where it can be easily found.
There are no special laws in the state of Florida, but local areas may have restrictions on operating (takeoff and landing) in them. They can't restrict airspace, only FAA can do that.

Register your drone with the FAA here: FAADroneZone
Read their safety rules.
Any other places you find online to register your drone are ripping you off, charging you $$$ to do what you can quickly do yourself through the link above for only $5.
As for a landing pad, search Amazon.

You gots a lotta reading to do...

aside from the jokes - What I found interesting while visiting my sister in Ft Pierce is the huge number of private airports in FL. If you look at the airmap, there are not very many open areas. Granted most of them are probably non-towered and not very active, BUT it is your responsibility to research and verify that.
Each state and locality can specify NFZ for state parks and other event locations so you must also research that.
And of course the NPS rules apply to the Everglades.
I got my 55mm drone pad for $4.99 from Aliexpress
