IMU calibration won’t start/compass won’t calibrate

When I first received it I went out to fly it and received those errors. I watched a few YouTube and nothing finally after taking batteries out and restarting, I was able to fly it. The second time had the same issue and spent an hour at part trying to figure it out and after doing all the restart battery out it worked. I have never been able to calibrate it the start button does nothing. These are the errors I been receiving. I had a mini 2 and had no problems. With the Air 2S it’s hasn’t worked

that might be not hardware issue. I have Air 2 for 3 years, and didn't touched it for several months. I'm sure it was ok last time and never crashed/dropped/etc. But today, when I turn my drone on, i've got the same bunch of errors, and IMU calibration won't start.
I googled the same report (didn't touched for several months, then air 2 got to bunch of errors: DJI Mavic Air 2 - IMU failure error code 30050) so, i believe, this is smth like software block, rather than hardware issue.
