Imu will not calibrate.

Hit tree branch approx. 10 feet high, was in sport mode. Only outer damage was one prop tip snapped off. It looked like it only hit leaves on branch. I had just turned around to fly back so it had not time to to get any speed up. So was not a high speed impact. It fell to the ground and stopped. Replaced the prop few days later and turned everything on and got imu error. Went to Imu calibration. Pressed start one the app and nothing happens. The mavic air is powered up. Need help, I do have DJI refresh.

If the app fails to open the IMU calibration wizard, I'd suspect the problem is related to DJI Go and not the actual IMU itself.
Does this also happen if you manually go to the IMU calibration section within the settings? (settings > Main controller settings > Advanced settings > Sensors > IMU > Calibrate IMU)
If not, try to reinstall DJI Go first. If that not fixes it, then it may indeed be a good idea to utilize the Care Refresh.
