Inexpensive Android Tabs; suggestions and prices?

A friend of mine is on a budget, but he wants a Tab to fly his Mavic Pro. He will use it mostly for just zipping around and not recording anything. Im not really Tab user, so I dont know which way to steer him. Any suggestions of an inexpensive Tab that has Wifi but doent need a data plan?

I use my S9 and S9+ to fly, but those are outside his budget, and he wants something with a larger screen anyway, at least 8 inches.

I bought the Lenovo Tab 4 10 inch just to use for flying. Wifi only and it works great! Under $200.

The Huawei M3 & M5 are probably the best Android flying tablets around.
An eight inch model is around $300.

$149 right now...not sure how long that will last though. they usually run a week or so and change on Saturday or Sunday.

Like I said...I only use it for flying and it's great. A little dim in direct sunlight but no worse than any of the other tabs in direct sunlight.


Oh and it's one of the recommended Tablets on the list.

I 2nd the Huawei M3, its an octa core power house!! I think I paid like $250, plus it has gps.
