When I put it in p mode . The red light goes off when I put in s mode it turns red ? It that normal

Yes. Sport mode disables avoidance sensors as they can't work at the greater tilt angles sport allows for.

S mode turns off sensors and will make the icon red.

It's a known bug go enable OA on the IS-2 again and slowly try to hit a wall it will stop even though it's still red
