Many thanks for your images.
I have a really sad story about Insta One r Aerial edition for Mavic 1 pro.
I use drones mainly for large building photogrammetry.
But I fell in love with 360 videos to have fast and ready-to-use results to catch information regarding buildings,
without long post-processing with ground control points and Agisoft Metashape workflow.
So I decided to find a second-hand Mavic 1 because it works with GPS and Insta One R, as declared on the Insta website.
So in April, I bought a Platinum flight more combo edition (like new) and the Aerial version to dedicate them to this new idea, with a lot of enthusiasm.
On the first flight, I suffer continuous GPS on and off, it was very difficult to land without any damage, also in an open country yard.
After few days Insta replied to me that the problem Is in the drone because it's a Platinum and not a Mavic 1 pro.
I say that the Platinum is "a Mavic 1 pro" but... I decided to sell it out losing money.
So in May, I bought a standard version of a Mavic 1 pro with really few hours of flight.
But it didn't work with GPS! So after a lot of emails, Insta sent to me another frame for Mavic 1.
But it didn't work either! I was desperate.
I try to find another Insta One R user, that gives to me for few days his core module... same results. GPS didn't work as soon as I turn on the Insta One R.
I was so frustrated because meanwhile, I was an enthusiast of the Insta One R, so I bought a selfie stick and a lot of other accessories to test all the modes of use of this great 360 camera.
Finally, the support of Insta asked me to ship back frames and the camera for technical inspection.
A few days ago they decided to refund me.
....and few days after they specify that also with the Mavic 1 pro the GPS signal is affected!
Have a look at the website now!
So now I have an old Mavic 1 pro unuseful (I just own a
Mavic 2 pro for photogrammetry) and a lot of accessories,
I've lost several months and money ...and first of all, I can't have my 360 videos !!!!
It's a really sad story, isn't it?
