Intel to go head to head with DJI for drone market?

I stumbled across this article and found it interesting. It basically says that Intel wants to enter the drone market in a big way. They purchased a 60 million $ stake in Yuneec and appear to be introducing image stabilization technology to video cameras on the drones (or that's that what I read). Anyway, I found it interesting and with Intel buying into the market, that could bring in serious competition to DJI. Thoughts?

Intel sells commercial drones today, so it would certainly be up their alley. Maybe their Yuneec deal is an easy way for them to get their foot in the consumer drone door.
