internal memory of the mavic 3 pro

unfortunately the last 5 months mavic doesn't show the internal memory of 8GB? why and how. should I fix that ?

Are you saying its full? or you can't see the memory at all? If its just not showing on the PC:
1. Try a new usb cable
2. Using Assistant 2 Update your Drones Firmware........ if still persists see 3,
3. Fully delete all traces of your old assistant software and reinstall the DJI Assistant software.
