You're wrong... search it more...

I fly with my WiFi mini all the time. I just download a map of my area before I go. The radar works fine. I see no difference between the iPad mini or iPhone.
Don’t tell me I’m wrong I use it all the time. It doesn’t need a hot spot or anything.
