IPad compatibility

I would like to use my IPad to run fly my mini with but when I try to download the DJI fly app I get a "not compatible with this device" message. I do have 10.3.3 IOS update. Is my Ipad too old?

You need minimum an iPad 5th generation (64 bit) to run DJI Fly app

Look in Settings- General- About.
If it’s not on the list in the App Store, it’s probably too old.

Looks like a cell model is the requirement, which I don't have.

Yes, it's too old. I had the same issue when I tried to use mine with a MPP. Moved to an iPad mini 5 and all is well now.

Cellular is not required. The list is a little tricky to read.

I have used an iPad Air and Air 2. WiFi only. Works fine.
Currently using Mini 5 with Mini 2 as backup. Both WiFi/ Cellular, but cell not required.
Mini 5 is the best for me.

I have the Ipad 10.2 current version, WIFI, non cellular. Works well for me. Enjoy your flying.

I have 2 i pads, the app will load to one but not the other. The first on is a MD512LL/A recently updated to 10.3.3 does not work. Second one is a MRJP2LL/A with 13.3 and does work.

13.3 on mine and works. First Ipad that I have owned. I have always been with Android. My Note 8 works great with both my MA and MM. I bought the Ipad for my wife during the holidays. She decided not to keep it, so instead of return, I kept it for my flying.

I had the same problem with my iPad 3
