iPad mini 4 trouble

So far every time I’ve connected my Mavic Zoom to my iPad mini 4 the iPad shuts off on me. Does anyone else have this issue or even knows why this is happening?

Which usb port are you using? Some folks have had better results using the bottom one with the proper cable.

Try cleanly reinstalling DJI GO by following these instructions.

Happened with both ports. The regular one where you charge the remote and the USB port on the bottom. I’m hoping it’s just the cold that was making it shut off on me.

How cold was it? The ipad is rated to 32 degress F but I find the mine starts shutting off around 36 degrees.
