iPad mount for Mavic flight controller

That is why you get tripod with rotating head. People in your age group tend to be scared of a new stuff and looking for excuses not to accept new way of doing stuff.

I love this idea. Seems like you will need a longer cable to connect to the ipad.

I use regular cable that comes with any iphone/ipad. Since remote and ipad are stationary I never had any issues with cable length.

I am curious if anyone has used an iPad with the flight controller for the Mavic Pro 2. Such as this one (this is not an endorsement ).

I wanted to know if that extra size and weight of the iPad made it harder to hold the controller. I feel the larger display screen would be nice, but not sure it would be worth it.

I use my iPad mini 4 with glass screen protector, fits fine in mavic air controller, no need for a mount
