Is it possible to control the Mavic air using an iPad Pro 2018 model (no sim card)? So far I have been unable to connect to the drone using the DJI app on the iPad.

Here are some things to try: 1) Make sure you're using DJI GO 4 (and not DJI GO 3). 2) Check the App Store to ensure you're using the current version of DJI GO 4. 3) Connect your iPad to the USB port on the bottom of the remote controller with a Lightning cable. 4) Try using a different Lightning cable. If the above things don't help, tell us exactly how you're trying to connect everything and let us know what happens when you attempt to connect. Reactions: gspfunk and Thomas B
