Iphone 7 Plus play Mavic 4K videos?

Problem with 4K video was solved after updating to ios 11. I can now import video from SD card and then edit in iMovie.

So I have to wait until iOS 11 (or install beta) and I can use the 4k videos no matter what frame rate?

Another way is to downconvert Mavic Pro 4K to 1080p for playing on iPhone 7 Plus.

Update to the latest iOS. Or you can downconvert your 4K to 1080p first with a 4k video converter app.
