IPhone Mini 4- Blocks Sport Mode button

After all the research this life long Android man is getting an Apple product. [emoji33]
I've tried the Samsung Tab E Lite and it's just to slow. All the topics and videos I've seen had the IPad Mini 4 blowing away everything. But here's my question.

Has anyone found a solution to the sport mode button problem. I don't want to do what this guy did.. See this video.

Use a Mav mount for your ipad mini, it works great

iPad mini 4 user here. Never had a problem with the sport mode button.

If you mount the ipad mini 4 within the controllers arms you will have to modify the remote controller in some fashion.

I suggest the mini 2 instead. Thats what I and many on the forum use. Can be picked up on ebay/craigslist at a discount and performs flawlessly. The mini 2 does not require modification to the controller as it slides into the arms and is held securely. For Sport Mode one can fit thier nail in between where the arm extends to and the Sport Mode switch button. Its not a big deal once you get used to the fingernail method.
