Ive only really got it to work once...
Tried it this morning for a morning jog. I wanted it to side profile me while jogging along the waterfront. The drone camera was slightly visible to water but 90% was land.
I was using a PolarPro ND Filter at the time so next time Ill try without the filter. I thought maybe the filter is affecting the track vision system but I googled this before posting this thread and someone on this forum says it shouldnt affect it.
This was just after golden hour after sun rise so it was plenty bright enough
It also at one staged rocked side to side by itself for some unknown reason
This is how I do the active track
Fly up to desired height. Roughly 30 meters
pan the gimble down to me or the subject
Hit Active Track , > Side profile
Draw a box around me, and hit GO
Press record
but when I move around it just sits there
I have shared a video of what it was doing:

I will try maybe tomorrow in the same location around the same time of day but without the ND filter and report back
