Is Cine Mode on Mini 2 faster (less stick sensitivity) than C Mode on MM1?

One of the things I liked about the Mini 1 is that in the C mode I could practice precision maneurvers indoors in super slow motion with reasonable stick input without much worry. Having received my Mini 2, and no longer have my Mini 1 for side by side comparison, it appears that the Mini 2 in C mode seems to move much faster with minimal stick input. I know I can limit the yaw sensitivity, but it the Mini 2 seems to move much faster with less fine control than the Mini 1. I know the motors are more powerful, but my M2P seems to moves slower and have better fine control, so the Mini 2 surprises me in this regard a bit.

Thoughts on the Mini 2's C mode?

Make sure you start in Normal mode on Remote Control, then switch to Cine Mode. Cine mode doesn't seem to be working
