Is it better to shoot Normal Color rather than Dlog-M at night?

I was shooting with ISO 1600 and Dlog-M, but the grain are noticeable.
And that's really hard to DR in Resolve.
But in Normal color mode, it seems better.
So is it better to shoot in Normal color rather than Dlog-M at night?
