How do you fly it it??? Like you stole it (Sports mode), any wind??? To vague of a question with nothing to go on.

Don't expect to get spec flight times.
That spec is down to zero under ideal conditions. I don't have the MA2, but I get about 23 minutes down to around 10% on my M2Z, and a few more minutes on MM1.

So 10min down to 50% sounds closer to normal than you think.

Don't expect to get spec flight times.

You can, but not just flying around doing whatever you feel like doing.
It helps to understand what DJI specs actually are.
This from DJI gives a clue how you can achieve times in line with specs.

Max Flight Time = 34 mins (measured while flying at 18 kph in windless conditions)​

Max Hover Time (without wind) = 33 minutes​

Airdata will give you good data on how your battery is performing. Also it gives you T/O and Landing percentage.
I just took a look at the performance of my Air2 with quiet a few flights of approx 10 minute flight time and it's in agreement with your battery performance.
