Battery issue

Hi guys, one if my Mavic Pro batteries has decided to do a funny. Connected to the charger the bottom green led flashes 16 times then sleeps for a short period before repeating. When I press the reset button the bottom green light flashes for 10 seconds then four illuminate together before it all goes to sleep. Is it fixable ?

From what I’ve seen in the past, the answer would be it’s a tricky process.There have been several posts regarding DJI dead batteries. Tearing them apart to reset the board isn’t an easy option and difficult to put it back to original condition. There’s some glue involved when they are built. I seem to remember someone drilling a hole in a particular spot to access a terminal that they could then reset the board.

Sounds like a deep discharge. Did you charge them to 100 percent and leave them in a case or in the Drawer? Once a DJI Battery is in a deep discharge state the Charger cannot charge it. You can Try to Reset the battery by pushing the power button for 10 seconds until all the lights flash. You can also try to just put it in the charger all day and see if that will "Bump" the battery up to an amount that will let the charger see the battery. Whatever you do DO NOT try to "bump" charge a DJI battery the way you would a normal RC Battery...It will smoke a DJI Battery!! If you know of someone that can rebuild your batteries I would have them do the Work. Playing with DJI Battery Killer without experience will start a Fire.
Your Best option if they wont reset is to just replace them........SAVE the old Batteries!!!
