Is the Ipad mini 3 Wi-Fi Cellular still worth it for DJI go 4

Hi everyone,

Just trying to find out if anyone is still using an Ipad mini 3 with DJI go 4.

Is it worth getting or will it become obsolete in the near future.

I'm a first time drown owner and I can get a mini 3 for cheap.

I normally use my iPhone for my flights but sometimes I use my daughter's iPad Mini 3, when I want to have more screen size / details for planning my shots or if I have somebody looking over my shoulder. It is still update-able to the latest iOS version and will be compatible for DJI Go4 for quite some time in the future.

So for me, it's a very good but still compact screen for flying, keeping in mind, that the iPad Mini 4 is still very expensive, compared to the larger, "normal" iPad.

much appreciated. Was hoping that would be the case. I kinda expected the device to still be relevant for a while. The mini 4 is way to costly for me.

I can get an ipad mini 3 128gb wi-fi cellular for $120, so don't think i should pass the offer by.

Have you had any issues while flying with the mini 3?

No, not at all.
Always very stable connection and no app-quits or something.

I always found usability and sight much better with the bigger screen.

You should get a certified refurbished iPad mini 4. It's cheaper!

I dunno about the mini 3, but I use a 2 and it works great
