Is this battery becoming defective?

Can someone let me know if this is an indicator of a defective battery? Its not getting the full 3800mah anymore no matter how many times i try to reset it by depletion. I've also been trying to get DJI support to help me replace it but nothing so far and they are being very avoidant.

I'm not sure, others will have to chime in. But, for comparison four of my five batteries have been charged 22 times each and now only get to 3564, 3482, 3626 and 3652 respectively.

3800 is fine. None of mine have that much capacity after 40-50 charges

ITs becoming defective, went thru the process of showing screens and stuff to dji support and they said to ship it in. For coverage, I couldn't get a clear answer because it was out of warranty so I just decided to keep it and buy a new one later on. I would have sent it and they would have PROBABLY charged me diagnostic time and then said it was not in warranty even though the rep seemed to be sympathetic to my complaints and alluded that it would be covered out of good faith.
