While I have not used them, I know of a person that did and he had no problem.

And yes DJI products are still legal to buy and own in the US. The "ban" that happened in December of 2025 was that no new DJI models will get an FCC approval. But there is a "waiver" process that could theoretically allow them to do so.

US Drone Supply is a gray market where they must have someone buy the drones overseas, activate it and then ship them to the US where they then sell them.

You will not have DJI Care and you will not have any warranty. But you could still possibly get repairs done if you had a problem depending on if DJI Support can fix it in Cerritos or Texas or even get a replacement in county.

Gray market drones have a risk whether it is from US Drone Supply or a South Korean eBay seller.

Not sure about that one, but I just received two new batteries for the Mavic 4 Pro from this DJI-store-us. And $100 cheaper than that site

Im going to second this one and I don't usually post about these unless I buy something so here goes.

I've purchased both the NEO 2 and the Mini 5 Pro from dji-club.com and both drones arrived quickly and were authentic and all is well; shipped from the US and arrived by UPS (with signature); no tariffs and more importantly, what appears to be at MSRP prices. While they appear to be mostly out of stock on those two popular skus, it comes and goes frequently so check back often. They sell a limited amount of accessories (appears to be batteries only) but those are a bit higher so I've been robbing the combo kits for extra batteries. The shipping is free and for some reason they are not charging sales tax. Because they take Paypal, I decided to give them a try. I believe these two links lead to the same company and like others have said, they get their drones from somewhere else (not DJI directly) for cheap and resell them in America so keep that in mind with the warranty.

I will probably depend on them (for the next couple of purchases as well (Avata 360 and Lito) since they gave me about $20 in rewards points. the site in the first post, they are way overpriced; I wouldn't bother with those.

What is it with Amazon? OEM DJI Air 3s batteries are GBP 195.00 independent retailers GBP 119.00.

Even 3rd party batteries are the same price as OEM on Amazon

it is BUT KNOW it will not come with any native warranty from DJI because Usdronesupply has already activated it,,,,I got a Matrice 4E that I ended up not getting the 1 yr complimentary Flight Hub from because of this. For the record when I called DJI itself said they "not an honest dealer policy" when I called them....I dont know how it all works but I can tell you I did get the coverage on similar drones from Adorama/B&H etc.

B&H and Adorama are listed as DJI authorized enterprise dealers in the US: DJI Enterprise Dealers – Solutions for Pro & Business - DJI United States

Usdronesupply is not listed anywhere I can find.
