Issue on drone

I'm having a minor issue with the photos and videos from my drone. It's my first flight, and I took off during a beach sunset. However, I've noticed numerous dots forming an oval shape on all my photos. Could someone please explain what this is and suggest a solution? Thank you!

Your going to have to Return that drone , and exchange for another one. That is a bad Camera lens.

It's not the lens that's causing that, but it will need replacement.
The problem is likely to be the camera sensor.

Definitely bad sensor or bad video processing. Return for replacement.
