Most of my aerial photos sessions are in the early morning and I'm have any issues with sun shining in my photos can someone tell me how to correct this issue??

Like any other camera. Try a lens hood, maybe a split ND filter (though I don't think there are any for a Mavic), or simply shoot at a different time of day or in a different direction.
