Issues with video playback on Mavic Pro

Hi there. So I've just bought a second hand Mavic and I'm having some trouble accessing videos after a flight. Around half of the videos will not open despite attempting from different devices. Instead I can see the video thumbnails but the video times are 00.00 seconds long. I've attempted the 'finalization fix' that I've seen in other threads but sadly that didnt remedy my problem.

All videos were shot in 4k. I have noticed that the memory card innthe drone is only a U1 class so I have a U3 arriving today which I hope may solve my problem. However I'd be interested in any thoughts from someone more knowledgeable about these things!

Hi and welcome
As you have suspected your self, the memory card is the first to be checked.
Be sure to format it fully (not a quick mode) in a computer and use FAT32.
Hope you get a solution for that.

Just to confirm, my new U3 memory card appears to have done the trick. All subsequent videos readable with the higher speed card. Thanks again for your insight Dronason.
