It doesn't want to install and the controller has gone crazy.

For some time now my controller has been losing signal at a distance that is minimally distant from the drone. Today it was open sky, we literally had direct contact but it lost contact. While researching I saw that it could be the firmware, hmmm honestly I saw that an update was needed and I went for it. However it didn't work it got to 76% and some error would appear. I did that a few times but everything happened the same, I changed the internet, plugged it into the PC, deleted the internal memory but in vain. I also noticed that it was actually charged to 100% however on the screen of my RC controller it shows 60%. Hmmm strange things, is it broken or does it have some bug.

I have Mini 3 with RC controller - I bought it 20 days ago.😔

If your drone and controller can't maintain connexion at close range, the issue is more likely a defect rather thna a firmware issue.
If it was firmware, all users would be having the same problem.

Or do you have a bad battery?!

The device is new, I can't install fimewall, it doesn't allow it at all, I've tried everything but it doesn't work, I connected to the PC, cleared the cache but to no avail, today I'll try to boot it up to see what happens. Go to the open sky without buildings and watch the behavior.

If you charge the Battery fully does the screen show 100 %?

No, the indicators are full, but the battery on the RC screen shows 60%, when I turned it off it showed 85%. I will try to use it all the way and then charge it again and then try to update the firmware, but before that I will test once again at what height the signal is lost with the controller

First DO NOT use that controller to fly!
Second you can try a reset For most DJI controllers if you let the Battery get low enough for the controller too shutdown by itself the controller will factory reset.
Turn off any anti virus software and do not use a VPN while doing updates, if you have a bad battery ( and you may or may not have) the firmware will not install (it checks that the controller has at least 60%). The most common cause for update problems is the cable you are using. Check it.

Here is the update. I just tried it again in an area where the drone and RC are visible directly and in the distance (I'm sure or convinced that the connection must be phenomenal because they are directly visible) and the same thing happened again, the indicator shows red after a while and the drone starts to lag, it receives commands late

Later it doesn't want to connect at all and when I turn off the drone it simply won't start, everything is on but when I trigger it it doesn't want to

If the device is that new reach out to DJI or the supplier. As said, bad firmware affects everyone. A bad controller or drone only affects you.

Can you pair the remote to another dji and see how that drone does. Either way, I think you have an antenna wire problem, have you hard landed enough to dislodge one of the landing legs? its either the controllers or the Drones. how far do you get before the lag?
