It stopped sending my pics to DJI Album

I use a Samsung S9+ and had no problems viewing my pics from my Mavic Pro to my phone from GO 4 APP under DJI Album but now it has stopped. Any idea where they are going? And how do I fix this?

It has started a DJI Cache file now but the pics are super LOW.RES.

I’ve noticed this as well. Videos are showing fine on the app but the photos aren’t there at all
