iTunes 12.3 App Thinning

Help!
Mavic Pro using iPhone 7s with DJI GO 4
Starting the Mavic I had a display that a New Firmware Update was available. Only the new firmware would not update. So I deleted the DJI GO 4 App from my iPhone and Mac and loaded it new. Now I have got the DJI GO 4 App on my iTunes Mac, but it will not install to the iPhone. Could it be that since updating iTunes 12.3 the "App Thinning" will override the installing of the DJI GO 4 to my iPhone? Cannot fly without it!
Thanks for any suggestion on how to get DJI GO 4 back on my iPhone.

I noticed some weirdness when I tried to get the app from my Mac to my phone. I just installed it directly from the iPhone app store without the Mac.
