Japan trip, any chance of finding mavic mini batteries?

I'll be taking a trip to Japan in the near future. I am wondering if there is a chance of finding the U.S. version battery for the mavic mini.
I think I read somewhere on here that the Japanese version is different where it won't fit in the battery bay of the U.S. version?

they are the same size externally its only the weight and output rating thats different plus they are lipos

The Japanese version is about half the capacity, same battery 'shell' just less cells . . . they have a sub 200g rule there, so this was the minis answer to get under that (their version is 199g).

You'll probably find the regular battery is not sold there.
Can't believe there is still no original battery available on the market, very poor market reaction from DJI on this.

Yap, except ebay/amazon imports, i doubt you can find any 2400mAh versions here, only the 1100mAh ones. But as far as i could read around, they both fit in size (jp in a US/EU MM or us/eu in a JP MM) but it's obviously not adviced from DJI for several reasons, like JP drone laws and insurance/safety reasons.
