My Air2s is a couple years old. Just recently I noticed the video image jittery or like jello. At first I thought it was the temp as I was flying in 95-100 deg temps. After further testing it only happens when the camera is pointing straight down. As I bring the camera up it decreases to normal at 0 degrees. Tested at cooler temps, still a problem. Any ideas?

You can get special ND filters for that Called "Jello filters".
What you are seeing is most likely the sunlight and props playing with your camera.
A jello filter will eliminate that to a large degree.

Perhaps your shutter speed is too high, especially if it changes going from straight down to pointing towards the front. Pointing straight down is the same as panning with regard to high shutter speeds. Keep your shutter speed at double your frame rate will help. It may not completely eliminate it, but it will significantly improve the flickering effect.
