Joe Foss Field - flying under recreational rules

Anyone in the Sioux Falls area ever call the airport per the recreational rule requirements before flying? if so, what was the response? Do they have a contact number for this purpose?

I tried to call and call and call... no answer. HMMMM So I went to the FAA and received clearance for 2 years in the Sioux Falls city limits!

Way easier than calling all the time... but I have my Part 107, so that helps as well.
