It looks like your SD card is not keeping up. I've always used SanDisk as a pro photographer until recently when I watched a test of memory card and it appears that only the Extreme Pro come close to the specs it advertises. I've switched to PNY 100m/s cards and I have no problem. Also you could try filming in Cinematic mode to see if that makes any difference
