Laanc input in DJI Go 4

After receiving clearance from Kittyhawk, I twice tried to fly my Mavic Air at the local church that we attend. Both times, the MJI GO 4 software would not allow me to fly. Is there a location in this software that will permit inputting this clearance info?

Sounds like it is a DJI No Fly zone. If so, getting LAANC authorization alone will not let you unlock the zone. You have to follow the instructions by DJI to unlock it. Here is a DJI tutorial on it.
