If it were me I’d lower the horizon to remove much of the water that adds little to the image and make the most of the sky. If the water was reflecting more of the colour of the sky that would be a different matter.

Since you asked...I took this image into Photoshop and did the items on the image. I also darken the sky a bit.

If you can get a foreground in the shot like tree branching or an angle that captures a more sinuous shoreline.
