Landing

Hi everybody I was on holiday a few weeks ago in Barcelona we found a little place to take off from no problem about 2ft square but landing was the tricky part. No problem getting back to take off point but on the way down it seems to stop about 3ft from the groundwork a think for a few seconds. Can this be switched off as I was committed to landing on a small spot which wasn’t a problem but when it stops it can cause a problem moving about with such a small place to land but slightly moving. If I could just come down as I have committed to it would be a lot better.
