Latest firmware update fail/mobile/pc

hey guys, i have the mavic pro. i tried updating the latest firmware that was rolled out in sept. i tried the app and the dji assitant on pc
both doesnt work. Any idea whats going on?

What apps do you have to your PC? Mine is Bluestacks. You know what I think it's necessary to have this apps first.

hey, i have managed to update the drone sucessfully itself only. not the rc though. many attempts on the rc but still fails on dji app and assistant. Should i try your program bluestacks?
