Left Stick, Sticks!

Does anyone have issues with their controller stick(s)? I noticed my left stick will stick in the up position. I understand they move with magnets and it does feel maybe like a magnet is stuck...?

Solved. I think it may have been the extreme cold weather.

Well my right stick was sticking today . It wasn’t to cold around the freezing mark . I had to be careful , first time I notice it I was letting drone hover while I did something . When I looked it was drifting towards some trees .
