We were staying in Carlow last year and took a trip down to Mahon Falls for a day out. On the way back we drove through Dungarvan and up the gold coast into Waterford. I noticed the viaduct at Stradbally had been restored and the old railway line has been turned into a greenway. It's on my to-do list for another time. Thanks sir, it’s a nice place alright. My dad is from around here so I get to visit the odd time(at least pre-covid)
That would be great thanks. We would normally be down several times a year starting in March or April but with covid restrictions I can't see any travel being allowed until the summer at the earliestYeah I have seen lots of photos of the viaduct and it looks impressive. Hopefully I’ll get down there over the summer and I can get some more footage. I’ll link you it if I manage it
I must get down there with the drones, very niceTaken a few years ago on a nice day in October
