Congratulations on your excellent images of long shutter speeds using ND filters. The overhead view of the jetty and the slow water was wonderful, but the freezing of the car in focus while the background was blurred is an amazing shot. Excellent work!!

Where did you get the nd1000 filter from?
Just for everyone's general information the Neutral Density 1000 filter is an ND3 with a 10 stop reduction in light intensityND Filter chart.jpg
 
Using ND64 and shooting at ISO 100 and SS 0.6s. Drone was in Active Track, following the car. One in Trace, one in Parallel. Took lots of shots (25-30) and these were the best.
Thanks for sharing the details of your shoot. I had the same question. Got to try it out and see what happens.
