I'm looking at purchasing a DJI P4 RTK kit and I've done the google search thing, but not so sure about how reputable they are. If I'm dropping $8k I want to be sure about them. I bought my MP at the B&H store in NY, just an FYI.
Who is your preferred DJI vendor?

I have a quote from them, per company policy I need a couple more ;)
If it were up to me I would have already pulled the trigger.

getFPV has been around a while, very reputable in FPV and I've bought a lot of FPV stuff from them not just DJI. They are also on DJI's list of legit vendors.

[edit] but don't trust their shipping times ... 2-3 days really means 3-5. small price to pay for reliability.

If you're just looking for other quotes, you can find a list of enterprise and pro dealers here.

i would second B&H, as, for online sales a no tax purchase on $8k is also a plus.
B&H charge sales tax in FL ;)
Besides for company purposes if we are not invoiced sales tax then we need to pay use tax anyway, that's the law.

Thank you all, I have contacted some companies.... none have responded :(
Seems like their business must be doing real good to not even bother to reply.

By the way, B&H never charged sales tax before but it seems like they are now either charging sales tax or are reporting all of their sales to the individual States. That could come back to haunt you, the buyer, later if your state realizes you're buying out of state purchases and not paying sales or use tax on them. I'm thinking they gonna start sending out tax bills to people for retroactive purchases they made after the state required sales tax on online purchases. I know Georgia just started doing it.

B&H are charging sales tax now, and I expect many online retailers to follow. The recent South Dakota vs Wayfair case has upended the Quill ruling and all online retailers are paying attention.

PS... I'm an accountant and following sales tax rulings is one of the perks of the job ;)

It is good that you are aware of it. I think that some people are going to be still buying things and not expecting to pay sales tax. They might get a rude awakening when they get a use tax bill from their state.
