Does anyone have links to info or tutorials on File Workflow?

I am new and having the hardest time figuring out the digital file workflow used by M2. SD Card on M2, Cache, Photos marked "Original" (Is this the original full-res or the original "Cache"), nearly 75 folders on the SD Card from the M2--which ones are the originals?--Duplicates in the various folders created by DJI Go 4 App, shooting in HDR and getting multiple images which aren't meta-labeled as to the underlying images and the stitched images.

It's been overwhelming, and I can't find a logical pattern yet. I'm sure it's there, and I will finally come to absorb and understand. But can anyone out there provide (or make) a tutorial to explain this to help shortcut the process?

I'd suggest slowly navigating through the Folder structure, making notes of what is in what folder. Just today I hooked my Zoom up to my Win computer. There was actually nothing of note on the INTERNAL memory of the drone as I had previously selected the SD card to hold my results whether pictures or videos. Both my most recent video/pics were in the DCIM folder. They along with older files were in the 100 Media subfolder under dcim.

Hyperlapses would be in the same named folder and Panoramas in that folder. Then you can see what was taken when by date of folder creation. The number of photos in such subfolders will depend on the type of Pano.

Now the Controller or phone will have cached copies for quick viewing since they are smaller and transmit from the drone to the controller/phone, they are reduced resolutions. BUT after taking a video or picture (or pic sequence) you can review files by pressing the Triangle Icon (under camera settings). And while in Preview, you can physically download pics/videos to controller (smart controller) or phone/tablet/device. Then the full images will be dumped/copied off the drone. And in some cases, the download/preview function may actually COMPILE images into a full panorama, so that a 360 will show a a "ball" but the file will be this flattened oddball composite.

But admittedly, going through files on the device or smart controller can be a tedious process of navigating down the folder structures.
