Several members here at the forum once you provide the mobile device .txt log. Follow the link in @Dedal post and read up on how to retrieve (see section 3.) attach it then in a new post here.

i have a mavic 2 zoom and have had three bad experiences in the past few months where out of no where it loses the signal and doesn't return to home like it always has in the past but instead just fly's into the ground causing damage the last time it hit the ground at 56 mph causing a lot of damage.. never had that problem with my P3 OR P4 THEY ALWAYS CAME HOME. IS THAT THE PROBLEM YOUR HAVEING TO?
