I have no idea how to send in a repair request. I had a battery that had 18 charges and had the same problem, even developed a bubble on the outside. They never said more than, "discharge, recharge, check the warranty" in their forums.

Is there a link to the repair request for future issues?

It may be a country specific thing, perhaps the EU warranty regulations are more stringent than the USA's..?

Eh, it is okay, not worried. Like I told the nice lady, the mere fact I can contact them and ask.... I am fine. I think it is wrong that I can see it was a defect and not have it replaced, but I love the drone enough and know tech to see it is not a big deal.

Now, I told her, if another one does this.. THEN it will be a big deal.. heh
