Flying was good as usual!!
It's an unfortunate time in the West where we just haven't been getting the rain fall/snow pack we need to keep our reservoirs full(er). From what I've read, the NOAA analysts are saying it's looking like a La Nina year...again...which means a dryer winter. We need several El Nino winters to get our levels back up.
